Tuition fee

 

The cost for the 6-month AFCOE Africa course is 100,000 KES or 2.7M UGX or US$750. If you are coming from another country, kindly calculate the exchange rate based on your local currency. This amount includes tuition, food, housing, and the processing fee. AFCOE Africa will provide 3 meals per day 7 days a week for the entire training (6-and-a-half months).

 

 

Books
 

Books and required syllabi are included in the tuition. 

 

 

Outreach Travel Costs

 

Students are required to participate in outreach activities. Taxi/boda costs must be covered by each individual student.

 

 

Costs Breakdown

The following is a breakdown of the actual costs for attending AFCOE Africa:
 

   - Tuition     100K KES or 2.7M UGX (US$ 605)

   - Travel      A TRANSPORT deposit equal to the amount you                               spend to travel to Nairobi South, is required upon                               arrival. Copies of your travel receipts are needed to                           verify the amount of the deposit.  This deposit is                                 returned to each student whenever they leave the                               program.

   - Medical    A MEDICAL deposit of 5,000 KES or 150,000 UGX is                       required to enter the program.  This amount is used for
                     any medical expenses that you may encounter during                       the training.  Whatever amount is left over, is returned                       to you whenever you leave the program.

 

 

Refund policy

 

Dismissal Refund: AFCOE Africa reserves the right to dismiss any student, without a refund, who consistently fails to abide by the policies and guidelines described in this admission policies document.
